At Baby Brezza, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
